Custom PA Quarter Zip Sweatshirt – Personalized Physician Assistant Pullover with Name

LVT Embroidered Quarter-Zip Sweatshirt — your credential in bold appliqué letters cut from the fabric pattern you choose, a fully stitched border, your own line of small text underneath, and a name embroidered on the left sleeve. Stitched, not printed: no vinyl, no peeling, no cracking, from the first shift to the hundredth wash.

How to personalize (takes 1 minute)

1. Pick a pattern for the letters — Leopard, Checkerboard, Floral, Camo, American Flag, Gingham, Blue Floral or Cow Print.
2. Pick a thread color for the border, small text and sleeve name — 30 colors, numbered on the chart.
3. Type your text: job title (LVT, RVT, CVT, VTS, DVM…), a small line underneath (clinic name, "Class of 2026"…), and the name for the sleeve.
