The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything that isn't right. Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags on; shoes go back in their original box.
How it works
- Email support@battlesummitview.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or swap.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address and simple instructions.
- Send it back (a tracked service is safest). Once it arrives and checks out, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
That's on us. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — you don't pay return shipping, and in most cases you don't need to send the item back at all.
Who pays return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. For our mistakes (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover everything.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us in your first email — if it's in stock, we'll set the exchange up straight away.
