When will my order arrive?
Production takes 1–2 business days (up to 3 for complex designs), and U.S. shipping takes 6–8 business days — so plan on about 7–10 business days door to door (up to 11 for complex designs). Tracking is emailed within 6–24 hours after your order is processed. Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every U.S. order.
How do your sizes run?
True to size for most styles; each product page has its own size chart. Between sizes? We suggest sizing up — and you can always email us your measurements for a recommendation.
Are your "orthopedic" shoes medical devices?
No — they're fashion footwear designed with extra cushioning and arch support for everyday comfort. For medical conditions, please consult a healthcare professional.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering — email us with your order number and the change you need.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Email a photo to support@battlesummitview.com within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it, no return postage needed.
