Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
How long it takes
Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Transit takes 7–15 business days with our standard carrier service, so most orders arrive within 8–18 business days of purchase. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse (tracking may need 2–3 days to show its first scan).
What it costs
- Standard shipping: $4.99 flat, any order size
- Orders of $75 or more: shipping is on us
Wrong address?
Email support@battlesummitview.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel ships, we can't reroute it.
If your order is late
Carriers occasionally run behind. If 25 business days have passed and your order hasn't arrived, contact us — we'll track it down, reship it, or refund you in full. Your call.
