Approve the stitch proof
Within 1 business day you get a digital proof showing your logo stitched on the sweatshirt color you chose, plus the sleeve text. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
We make and ship
Production takes 1–2 business days (up to 3 for complex logos), then 6–8 in transit with tracking. One box to your office, or individual shipping to remote staff — your choice.

Sizes S–4XL, 8 sweatshirt colors, 30 thread colors. Mixed sizes and colors count toward the same quantity tier. Orders of 20 pieces or more are embroidered; under 20, the same design, logo and names are produced with all-over sublimation — we confirm this with you before production.

What is the minimum order for custom embroidered quarter zips?
Embroidery starts at 20 pieces. Orders under 20 are produced with all-over sublimation using the same design, logo and names, and we confirm this before production. Group pricing starts at 5 pieces, and you can order a single piece first to check the fit.
What logo file do you need for embroidery?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) gives the cleanest stitching. A high-resolution PNG (1000px or wider) also works. We digitize your logo into a stitch file for free and keep it on file for reorders.
How big is the left-chest logo?
Standard left-chest embroidery is 3–4 inches wide, roughly 6,000–10,000 stitches depending on detail. Very fine text under 0.25 inch tall may be simplified — we'll flag it on the proof.
Can every sweatshirt have a different name?
Yes. Each piece can carry a different name, title or department on the left sleeve at no extra cost. Send the list in the quote form or reply to your proof email.
How long does a team order take?
Proof within 1 business day. After you approve it, production takes 1–2 business days (up to 3 for complex logos), then 6–8 business days shipping with tracking — about 7–10 business days in total.
Do you offer a size chart for staff to fill in?
Yes. The fit is unisex relaxed, S–4XL. We'll send a one-page size sheet with chest measurements you can forward to your team.
Can I mix colors and sizes in one order?
Yes. Mixed sizes and any of the 8 sweatshirt colors all count toward the same quantity discount.
What if a piece arrives with a stitching error?
We remake it free. Personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind, so please check names and sizes on the proof carefully.
Where are the sweatshirts embroidered?
All embroidery is done in Lexington, Kentucky, and orders ship from 125 E Reynolds Rd, Lexington, KY 40517.
