Ordering one ornament is easy. Ordering 50 for a hospital floor, a school staff or a whole company takes a bit more planning. This guide covers everything: how bulk pricing works, how to prepare your photo or logo, how to handle different names, and when to order.
Step 1: Pick the design and shape
Start with a design from our personalized glass ornament collection. Every ornament is 6 mm crystal-clear glass with beveled edges and full-color printing. You choose the shape on the product page:
- Heart: about 3.18 × 3.06 in (8.07 × 7.76 cm)
- Circle: about 3.07 in (7.8 cm) across
Each one ships with a red satin hanging ribbon and a gift box, so you can hand them out as they are.
Step 2: Choose a pack size (this is where you save)
Bulk packs are built into the product page as "Pack Size" options. The price per ornament drops as the pack gets bigger:

Tip: if your team is 22 people, compare a 25-pack with a 20-pack plus two singles. The 25-pack is usually cheaper, and the spares are handy for new hires or a framed copy for the break room.
Step 3: Prepare your photo or logo
On the product page, choose how many files you want to upload (1, 2 or 3) and add them. For the best print:
- Team photos: use the original file from the phone or camera, not a screenshot. Faces should be well lit and not too small.
- Logos: a PNG with a transparent background, SVG or PDF prints the sharpest.
- File size: up to 20 MB per file.
Then use the "Your Customization Request" box to tell us exactly what text you want, such as the unit name, hospital name and year, and where things should go.
Step 4: Same design or different names?
If every ornament is identical (same photo, same text), one order with the right pack size is all you need. If each ornament needs a different name, choose the pack size and list the names in the customization box. For long lists, email the list to support@battlesummitview.com with your order number right after you check out.
Step 5: Time it right
Production takes 1–2 business days (up to 3 for complex designs), then 6–8 business days for U.S. shipping. Total: about 7–10 business days. Shipping is a flat $4.99 on any order size, and tracking is emailed within 6–24 hours after your order is processed.
Planning for a specific date (a holiday party, Nurses Week, a retirement)? Count back at least two weeks to be safe. For Christmas 2026, order by December 7.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Uploading a tiny or blurry image. Send the largest original file you have.
- Leaving the text vague. Write out the exact wording and capitalization you want.
- Ordering too late. Made-to-order items cannot be rushed past carrier transit times.
- Forgetting changes. You can change or cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us your order number.
